The Knowledge Modules (KM's) consists of 43 Credits towards achieving the qualification set out.

In this section, a practitioners guide, containing the theoretical content needed for the Knowledge, Practical and Work Place Experience Componentes of the course. The practitioners will refer to it as the "Practitioners Guide" for the foundational knowledge necessary to demonstrate proficiency in the Practical Skills Components. 

The Assessment tool for the Knowledge Modules is taken into the "Practitioners Workbook" .

The online- assignments are adapted for online students  to align to all assignments in the Practitioners Workbook

MODULE FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS

At the end of each Module, you will be taking down a formative class test to evaluate the new knowledge acquired.  This will be done in preparation for your final Summative assessment at the end of the training.

The Practical Skills Module (PSM) allows for practical application of the work covered in the Knowledge Module.

PSM01 will commence along with Knowledge Module 03.

PSM02 will be covered along with KM04

PSM03 will be done along with KM05

PSM04 will be done along with KM06.

PSM05 and PSM06 will be concluded with KM07.

The Work Experience Logbook is the 3rd leg of the training.  This logbook must be downloaded, printed (270 pages).  Place the document in a nicely covered file.  This file must accompany you to the practical school experience.

Learners enrolling for this course will be integrating with the 

National Curriculum Framework for children from Birth to 4 Year.

We will take a look at the Early Learning Development Areas (ELDA's)which informs the structure for the holistic development of the young child.

With the ELDA's in the back ground the National Early Learning Development Standards (NELDS), informs the Desired Results to achieve.


After each training module, you requested to please download the relevant Training Evaluation document.

Please complete the document honestly to help us to improve the training for your optimal training experience.
